DESCRIPTION:This ICC (International Certificate of Competence) course starts on Wednesday\, 13th September at 7:30 p.m.; the theory refresher runs Wednesday through Friday inclusive\, with the practical planned for Saturday 16th or Sunday 17th September (depending on weather). The cost is €135\, including the theory and practical assessment. \nThe ICC facilitates chartering at home or abroad\, whether that is a RIB or a yacht. It is a useful certificate to have; the theory refresher will cover the topics required for the theory assessment\, while the practical should be successfully completed by anyone with some boat handling experience. Please see the below link from Irish Sailing for more information\, especially the last couple of pages where what you have to know is outlined. \nHead over to Quest Howth to book your spot.
